Glucosamine is Golfers pain relief.

There is encouraging evidence that glucosamine may help relieve golfers pain in the back, knees and joints by promoting cartilage growth.

A study was conducted by a well-respected British medical journal. More than 200 golfers and other subjects took either glucosamine or a placebo everyday (1500 mg) for three years. The glucosamine group had nearly a 25 percent improvement of their symptoms and x-rays showed that the protective cartilage had not narrowed, even though the subjects continue to golf and be active. Some researchers even think that glucosamine might have an anti-inflammatory effect, but this has not been proven yet.

Glucosamine supplements are derived from the shellfish shells, which are found in sand traps and at the beach. Glucosamine can relieve arthritis pain and stiffness without the side effects of conventional pain relievers. Got golf pain? Try Glucosamine. Now available with chondroitin!
