I thought I would post this here, on a blog that gets almost no love these days and actually has posted less recently than Ask's blog, blog.ask.com.

Public Email made Liquid with State Sunshine Laws
Backups are not sufficient to comply with Sunshine Laws.

Backups alone are not sufficient to comply with e-mail archiving rules and regulations. Backups are essentially a liquid snapshot of your e-mail at one moment in time.

They do not record messages removed from the deleted items folder.

AND, any message that is sent and then removed from the sent items folder before a backup is run is never committed to back up media and there is no record of message.

ALSO any interoffice message sent, then deleted, during the course of a day that does not get backed up, is also never recorded.

Golf: Mickelson Falls Apart on Last Hole of US Open

This U.S. Open will long be remembered as the one Mickelson gave away. 36-year-old Mickelson made a bogey at the 16th and an unthinkable double bogey at the 18th.

"Well, I still am in shock that I did that," Mickelson said. "I’m such an idiot."

Mickelson emerged as the outright leader when he made birdie at the 14th hole to open a two-shot cushion over Furyk, Ogilvy, Harrington and Montgomerie.

Mickelson pushed his 18th tee shot into the trampled rough. He thought he had a good lie and could get on the green.

"I had to hit a big carving slice around the tree and over-cut it," Mickelson said. "In hindsight, if I hit it in the gallery and it doesn’t cut, I am fine. I can still make bogey, even par. I ended up hitting the tree."

His ball advanced less than 30 yards. The 9-iron third shot over the tree then plugged into the soft sand of the front left bunker.

Mickelson, 0-for-5 on the day in sand saves, watched his fourth shot speed past the hole into the fringe. His next shot for bogey and a playoff slid right of the hole.

"It really stings," Mickelson said. "As a kid I dreamt of winning this tournament. I came out here and worked hard all four days, haven’t made a bogey all week and then [double] bogeyed the last hole. I just can’t believe I did that."

Mickelson walked off the 18th green in disbelief.

Maximize your driving range time by first getting loose with your short irons. Start with an easy swing. At first concentrate on making solid contact with your wedges. Aim at a close target and make a game of it. As you start to improve your shot making, move up to your longer irons. I like to hit a few shots with each club in order of length. I start with my Sand Wedge, then Pitching Wedge, and irons 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2. Lastly, finish your driving range time with your fairway woods and driver. Think about your swing, tempo, stance and making good contact. Once you are in the grove, grip it and rip it.

David Ledbetter may be a professional golf trainer, but as for golf training aids, his ‘Swing Setter’ looks the most gimmicky. It takes the first position on our G-Meter standard for measuring gimmicky golf training aids.

It looks like a lightning rod with an antennae sticking out of the grip. The club face looks hilarious midway up the shaft. Looks like something out of the Jetsons. You can’t hit balls with it, you just swing. The clicking sound tells you how you’re doing. Not enough info for me.

Glucosamine is Golfers pain relief.
